Fastems Group has served the manufacturers in France for decades and is now strengthening its presence by increasing local, French-speaking staff and by establishing Fastems S.A.S unit to ensure smoother local services.
Before the autumn of 2021, Fastems has operated in France through its other European units. Regional growth has now led to an awaited expansion: since September 2021, France has its own business unit Fastems S.A.S. By opening a local business unit, Fastems provides easier services with a shorter response time than before. Accordingly, Fastems.fr website has also been launched to support the localization.
The new business unit is recruiting a French-speaking service manager and two new service engineers. Interaction in a common language enhances the overall customer experience. Service engineers tour customer sites actively across France, enabling a wide regional coverage. Fastems S.A.S. main sites will be located in Lyon and Paris areas.
