By combining that data with the expertise of our Productivity Experts, we can help uncover opportunities to increase machine utilization, improve throughput, reduce bottlenecks, and get more value from your existing investment.
Before our meeting, our productivity expert will request access to your production data from MMS and/or myFastems, then identify key areas worth discussing further. This allows us to focus the conversation on actionable insights specific to your operation rather than generic recommendations. We will also provide you with a detailed assessment documentation about our findings, which we then will go through together in the meeting.

Leave your contact information and our Productivity Team will schedule a meeting for you with a Productivity Expert at a suitable time. We’ll prepare for the discussion by requesting access to your relevant production data from your Fastems system.
Production Data Analysis
Before the meeting, our team will analyze available production data to gain a clear understanding of machine utilization, production performance, and potential improvement opportunities. We then will provide a detailed productivity assessment document to you.
Productivity Review Meeting
During the 1-hour meeting, we’ll walk through the findings together, discuss your production goals and challenges, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, flexibility, and overall productivity.
