Fastems is the leading independent manufacturer of factory automation systems. Our mission is to improve our customers’ competitiveness through automation. We do this by enabling them to get the most production out of the 8,760 hours available each year. We are known for flexible manufacturing systems (FMS), robotics-based automation, production control software, gantry and interlinking systems and our wide range of services.

WHO WE ARE

Founded in 1901, Fastems is a privately held company headquartered in Finland. Fastems operates in nine European countries, the United States, Japan, and China. In addition to Finland, Fastems has manufacturing operations in Issum, Germany.

 

The main customer segments are engineering and machine building industries, aircraft and aerospace industries, manufacturers of construction and mining machinery, parts manufacturing and assembly.
