We are now looking for 

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

to take special care of our key customers and to build practices to support success of all our customers.

To thrive in this role you need to be business driven but also feel comfortable working and communicating with technically oriented stakeholders. You have well developed customer service and negotiation skills, and capability to handle complex solutions and situations by bringing team of experts together when needed. Experience in customer success management, project management or customer service is an advantage as well as broad language skills. Fluent English is a must. You will be working mainly with European customers and with our expert teams in Finland.

  • Fluent English, other language skills especially Finnish and German are a plus
  • Possibility to travel to customer´s sites (~25 days annually)
  • BA/BSc or masters degree in economics or engineering or qualifying other experience
