Fastems has developed its spare part service in accordance with customers' part requirements, both for its own machines and for imported models. The supply channels are flexible so that spare parts can be delivered where they are needed without excessive delays. This ensures that the right part is delivered to the customer at the right time, which helps to achieve a high level of equipment uptime. Our spare part department is located alongside our factory in Tampere, Finland, but all of our service offices stock the most common spare parts. We also deliver tailored spare part packages for our customers, ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical production. |
