Service agreement level 2 plus (option for level 2)

Service agreement level 2 plus provides a report that combines the data collected by Fastems Manufacturing Management System (MMS) and Fastems experience, and turns these into clear recommendations concerning FMS use and optimization of availability.

The Fastems service agreement level 2 plus includes:

  • Level 1 and 2 services
  • Teleservice report for preventive maintenance. Prior to each regular service visit, Fastems Teleservice analyzes the system and provides recommendations to further improve the availability and use. The report contains a system status summary, availability graphs, event history, control system status, and a list of recommended actions and spare parts.

The customer can plan which of these recommendations will be carried out and schedule them together with Fastems service.
