Service agreement level 2 – regular on-site maintenance
The aim of periodic maintenance is to minimize component breakage caused by wear and to ensure maximum availability of the FMS. Regular maintenance is also a condition for the validity of the Fastems warranty and is required by standardization, e.g. the European safety standard EN 528:2008.
The Fastems level 2 service agreement includes regular on-site maintenance according to the FMS maintenance program.
The Fastems service agreement level 2 includes:
- Level 1 services
- Required number (depending on system type and use: 2–4) of service visits each year. The authorized Fastems service inspects the system and performs periodic maintenance work.
