Service agreement level 1 – remote diagnostics and problem solving

The Fastems level 1 service agreement provides easy access to Fastems expertise based on your needs.

The Fastems service agreement level 1 includes:

  • Remote support by Fastems to the customer via telephone, email, and/or a remote connection (Teleservice) to the flexible manufacturing system.
  • Fastems maintains support readiness by storing and maintaining device, work history and customer data. In addition, remote access connection is tested once per year.
  • Agreed response times
