Fastems provides three main types of robotized production cells for machine tending. The RPC is a basic machine tending robot cell for a single machine tool. The RPC-G is a modular, gantry-type robot cell that is more flexible and provides excellent manual access to the machine tool. The RPC-C is a customized solution tailored to perfectly match your needs.
RPC machine tending robot cells (RPC-20, RPC-50, RPC-70, RPC-165)
The RPC machine tending robot cells are a perfect automation solution for a single machine tool. The robot cells can handle payloads between 20 kg and 200 kg. They are of course configurable and can be modified according to customer’s needs.
RPC-G machine tending robot cells (RPC-20G, RPC-70G, RPC-150G)
The RPC-G is a range of special, gantry-type machine tending robot cells that provide excellent manual access to the machine tool. The robot cells can handle payloads between 20 kg and 200 kg. The RPC-20G is a compact, single unit, which makes it easy transfer and install. The larger ones are more flexible with configurable height and length.
