Fadector shows you the availability and utilization rate of your CNC machines

Fastems Fadector monitors the status of your CNC machine tools and provides you with both graphical and numerical statistics on their operation. Fadector is designed for collecting shop-floor production data and to refine various key figures, including overall equipment efficiency (OEE). It gives you real data on availability, utilization rate, mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean downtime (MDT).

Fadector can be connected to new or existing machines of practically any make. In addition to CNC machines, it can also monitor robots and other devices, and even device groups.

The green, yellow, and red trend arrows quickly show you in which direction your production is going.
